All leagues will follow ASA rules and/or USSSA rules with the
following exceptions: |
|
- All men's games have a 1
hour time limit, after the limit is up the game is
continued as a 1 pitch and completed.
- Co-ed games will
have a 65 minute time limit, once this is reached,
the inning is completed and the game is over.
If the game is tied, extra innings will be played
until there is a winner. However, each extra
inning will start with the last batter of the
previous inning on second base.
- All tie games after
7 innings go to one pitch and complete the game.
- Teams may begin the
game with 8 or 9 players, however, they must take an
out in the 9th or 10th spot. They may add
their 9th or 10th player any time during the game.
- Teams may bat 12
players and play any 10 in the field.
- Teams may add the
11th or 12th player before the start of the 3rd
inning.

Teams are responsible for providing their
own balls. They must be a red stitch .44 core with
a .375 compression for ASA and a blue stitch .44
core with a .400 compression for USSSA. The
brand will be determined by the park. Anyone caught using an
illegal ball will be ruled out. If a second
incident occurs during the game, the player will be
ruled out and ejected along with the manager of the
team.
- Do not run out Home
Runs or 4 Base Awards.
- The Run Rule will
be:
- 20 after 3
innings.
- 15 after 4
innings.
- 10 after 5
innings.
- Metal Spikes are
prohibited, violators will be ejected from the game.
- Team Rosters must be
turned in before the first game of each season.
- Players may only
play for one team in a league and must be a legal
player.
- Players may be added
to a roster up until the 6th week of each season.
- Managers or players
ejected from a game are automatically suspended from
the next game, NO EXCEPTIONS! Anyone ejected a
second time is suspended for 2 games and a third
ejection will result in a suspension from all play
at Wessel Sports Facilities pending a hearing.
